Welcome to First United Methodist Church!

Thank you for visiting our website! As the oldest church in Clinton, FUMC has always been and continues to be an open and welcoming congregation. We believe in providing a place for people from all walks of life to explore their faith and live out that life-altering faith in service to others.

First United Methodist Church is located on Highway 80, situated on the block between Stonegate Drive and Mt. Salus Road. The FUMC campus is comprised of the Sanctuary Building, Fellowship Hall/Education Building, and the Family Life Center.

The Church Offices are located in the Sanctuary Building on the first floor, and these offices can be entered from the parking lot directly behind the Sanctuary Building off Stonegate Drive. The Education Building and Family Life Center face Mt. Salus Drive. Children’s Daycare and Mother’s Morning Out Ministries are located on the first floor of the Education Building and can be entered from the parking lot in the rear of the Sanctuary Building off Stonegate Drive.

Sunday Morning Worship Times:

8:45 a.m. Traditional Service in the Sanctuary

9:45 a.m. Sunday School

10:45 a.m. Less Traditional Service in the Sanctuary

10:45 a.m. Contemporary Service “The Connection” in the Worship Center/Fellowship Hall

Sunday Evening Worship Time:

5:00 p.m. Song and Prayer Service in the Fellowship Hall Parlor (Jan.-April and Sept.-Nov.)

Wednesday Evening:

5:00 p.m. Fellowship Supper (Catered Meal) in the Family Life Building (Gym)

6:00 p.m. Small Group Studies (Offered only during the school year at this time)
